Before joining Rointe, I was working for Vortice Ventilation but my main role was with Dimplex UK as a Specification Manager for over 10 years. I discovered that Rointe were creating a new Projects department and in need of Specification Managers so I decided to join the team. I’m really excited to be part of this new journey with Rointe and know that my background and experience will contribute to their success. Exceeding customer expectations is part of my nature and I work hard to deliver a successful project no matter how big or small. I am looking forward to a different challenge every day and working with a friendly bunch of people here at Rointe.
My role is new to Rointe and forms part of the Projects department, which looks after larger installations for our contractors such as hotels, social housing and education properties. It’s incredibly varied with no two days the same. I could be attending an exhibition to network with new business leads, conducting site surveys for clients or presenting a CPD/presentation at an event or to a customer directly. I liaise with lots of different people, both throughout the business and externally. My zone is for London and the South, ranging from apartments, homes, public buildings to hotels.
So far so good! From the outset, I noticed how professional the team and company were and just how much innovation and quality means to them. It’s great to be part of a business that puts the customer first and has goals for the future. Sometimes a company can become stagnant and plateau after a period of time, but not at Rointe. They are always looking towards the future and how to improve their products, service and knowledge. I like that they are expanding throughout Europe and have built a strong network of installers, suppliers and wholesalers.

Dynamic, friendly and unique.
If you could switch roles with a colleague for one day, who would you choose?
That would have to be someone from our Research + Development department. I like to keep ahead of current trends so I can offer my customers an advanced product and service. If I were to switch with our R+D department, I’d gain first-hand knowledge of new products, technologies and trends that form part of Rointe’s future.
Winston Churchill would be at the top of my attendee list. His candour, strategy and leadership were iconic. He led an astonishing life and I would love to hear his stories first hand!

I’m Jake and have joined the team here at Rointe as UK Specification Manager for the North. I actually started my working life as a Recruitment Consultant but moved into Specifications and Business Development for projects at Zip Water UK in 2014. After a successful start in Recruitment Sales, I wanted to move into a role that was more focused on technology and product. I love learning about new technologies so it was a great fit for me, and that’s why I decided to become part of the new Projects team at Rointe. I was fascinated with their products and how they use technology to enhance and advance them to the next level.
I’m a people person and I relish the opportunity to help my clients when they need a solution, or if things aren’t straightforward. Understanding and providing technical drawings alongside problem-solving is a big part of my role and that’s something that I love. A typical day for me means site visits to projects in development and visiting new contacts I have made to see where we can help, mostly architects and construction companies. I like to build relationships with any client and educate them on the great range of electric heating products we have at Rointe. A proud moment for me was presenting our D Series radiators to a fit-out company. They loved our awesome functions and wanted me to work on project specifications right away. I do find covering a large area (the whole of the North!) challenging as travel is time-consuming, but it’s worth it when I get to meet great contacts that enjoy learning about our products.
I’d like to work in the testing lab for a day so I can see how our products perform under different conditions. Technical comparisons form a big part of my tools and I’d love to conduct the tests myself for one day. It’s so interesting to see how well our products perform under different environments, compared to competitors in the market.
Leading by example. Helping and encouraging others to be the best they can and supporting your team through the highs and lows. Staying positive during a tough situation is an ability that any leader should have.

I’m the newest member of the Sales team at Rointe and was working for YESSS Electrical in Ripon as a Sales Manager before joining. I actually had a lot of contact with Rointe whilst I was at YESSS Electrical, as we were a wholesaler for them so I knew about the products before joining. It was a big help to have worked with Rointe beforehand and a great opportunity to join a business with products that I loved and I still get to see my old work buddies at YESSS as I now visit them as part of my zone for Rointe, looking after sales for the North East.
I like being part of a knowledgeable and professional team. Our products are second to none and learning more about them and the technology behind them is interesting. A typical day for me consists of site visits, technical studies, product promotions and training and looking after all different types of customers, with the aim to make Rointe the first choice in energy efficient heating. I like to travel and that’s a big part of my job throughout the northeast of the UK. I’m always up for a challenge and ready to educate potential clients on our smart electric heating products.
I think everyone else will have said Antonio Dengra, the CEO and owner of Rointe, so I’m going to say Santiago. He’s the head of the Product & Technical department and his knowledge of Rointe, our products and the heating market overall is unrivalled.
I am definitely motivated, passionate and fairly easy going. I don’t let negative situations get me down and always see the positive side of life.
Are you a tea or coffee person?
I am partial to a caramel latte – don’t judge me!
Most likely I’d be at the gym or training. I love fitness and am a qualified ski instructor. I actually learnt in Cyprus! Most people think its a sun holiday resort, but it has an impressive mountain range with great runs.
Innovative, quality and professional.
I joined Rointe in January 2018 as their Sales Representative for the Midlands and North Wales. Before joining Rointe, I was Regional Account Manager at Tools of the Trade. Even though I’m still fairly new to Rointe, I feel like part of the family. Everybody has given me such a warm welcome.
I get to travel with my role, which is great. Most of my working time is spent on the road visiting customers and providing our installers with training. I also love the chance to visit our Head Office in Spain. I talk to my Key Account Manager on a daily basis, but it’s nice to meet face to face every once in a while and see the other team members. It’s a warm and sunny perk of the job! I must admit, understanding my Spanish colleagues can sometimes be tricky but with my attempts at Spanish and hand gestures everything works out in the end!
They can’t have my job! But seriously, take advantage of every opportunity that’s in front of you. Rointe has some great training courses, experienced team members and a passion for their field. It’s important to grab these opportunities as they’ll help you immensely in your role here.

How would you define a true leader?
Someone who can lead from the front but also behind the scenes. A great leader should be able to interact with every member of the business and be passionate about everyone’s individual role. They want each team member to succeed and will pull out the stops to help them get there.

I joined the Rointe team in 2017 as a Sales Agent for Scotland and Northern Ireland. My role is slightly different as I work with Rointe via my sales agency, Cyrus Agencies. I provide customer-focused sales representation for market-leading electrical manufacturers such as Rointe, who are essentially one of my clients, and I work to introduce them to our network of electrical wholesalers. A typical day is really varied and includes speaking with customers, conducting site surveys providing Technical Product support, assisting with pricing enquiries and ensuring that all my customers are updated with the latest Rointe product launch information, literature and special offers. Before starting Cyrus Agencies in 2014, I was originally on the Rolls Royce modern apprenticeship scheme as a Mechatronics Maintenence Engineer in 2000 and worked my way up the company until 2014.
The most challenging is definitely not being able to speak Spanish! When I visit Rointe HQ in Murcia, Spain (which I do regularly throughout the year) I would like to be able to talk to the Spanish teams and departments, instead of English. I’ll have to get myself some Spanish lessons and practice when I visit. The most enjoyable is definitely working with such a great team. They are very knowledgeable and supportive, and we all work hard towards the same goal so we’re a cohesive unit.

A true leader should inspire you with their passion and knowledge. You’ll want to take what they can offer you and apply it to your own drive and ambition. A leader should set the example that they want their team to follow.
Not many people know that I have a metal plate and 9 screws in my arm. I also really want to go cage diving with great white sharks.

Calm, honest and trustworthy.
My role is Area Sales Representative for the South East and I’ve been with the company since February 2018. Most of my day involves a mixture of appointments between merchants and installers. I’m currently working with local councils and social housing as well as property developers on apartment blocks. It’s great meeting so many different people every day and seeing how I can help them. One of my proudest moments was securing a project with Guernsey Social Housing.
Technical issues for definite. We’re great at helping our customers but I don’t feel we have enough resources in the Technical Support department. We’re growing at such a fast rate so it’s important to ensure we have enough resource to meet demand. Pippa in the Tech Support team is fantastic so if we could have more people like her that would be amazing.
I’d quite like to switch with our CEO, Antonio Dengra and see how the company runs from the top of the business. A true leader means listening to those you lead and it would be great to hear from each employee if I were the boss for a day to gain more understanding.

What advice would you give to prospective candidates joining Rointe?
Just be yourself. There are so many strong people in the company and all will be more experienced than you to begin with. But they’ll help you to learn. Remember who you are and how you can contribute.

Hi folks, I’m Mr Matthew Jenkins (or Matt to you lovely people) and I’m the Area Sales Rep for the South West and South Wales. That didn’t sound cheesy, did it? Anyway, I’ve been working for Rointe since July 2017 and I’m loving it. My previous roles have included business development for a high-end account in the foodservice industry and various roles in customer service, so I’m definitely prepared for my current role here. I spend my time seeing customers and installers and talking to everyone I can about Rointe heating.
I have to say that the team at Rointe are fantastic, it’s like having an extended family. They’ve made me feel so welcome and it makes a big difference knowing you work with supportive people. The most challenging aspect is learning about the products alongside all the technology and features but that’s what makes our products unique. It’s just remembering it all!
Definitely Roger, he’s the Marketing Director. It would be great to be creative with a flyer or advert for a day or work on our latest video.
For me, a true leader will never change but always adapt. You don’t have to change who you, you need to be able to adapt to any team member, situation or customer. If you can be yourself and learn to support others then that makes a great leader.

I’m currently the Area Sales Representative for East Anglia. I only joined Rointe in February 2018 so I’m still fairly new but so far so good! Before coming to Rointe, I worked for Morgan Law Insurance in the Sales department. A typical day for me involves a lot of driving as I’m always out and about meeting customers and installers. You need to be good at multi-tasking to be a sales rep and very organised. It’s important for me to be professional as first impressions count and a good one can make all the difference when you’re negotiating a sale or trying to win a new business contract.
During my second month, I secured 2 new stockists, which was a great achievement for me. I started the process from scratch, which meant lots of research and nurturing the relationship. To see it come to fruition is a fantastic feeling and I hope to continue achieving in the coming months.
I’d love to become Antonio Dengra for the day, the CEO of Rointe. It would be fascinating to see what he goes through every day to run such a successful company. It would also give me more exposure to each department. As I’m still quite new, I like to learn everything I can about the company so being the CEO for the day would work.

Learn Spanish! The Head Office is based in Murcia. Fantastic weather but if you don’t know at least a little Spanish it can be hard to understand some of the other team members. Especially those that can speak fluent English and Spanish! They’ll switch languages mid-sentence so you have to play catch up.

I’d quite like to move to Spain with my family. The warm, sunny weather would be perfect for us, along with great food and people and the opportunity to learn Spanish. My colleagues at HQ would be impressed!
Before joining Rointe 4 years ago, I was working for an electrical wholesaler as a sales representative. When I first joined Rointe, I was the Area Sales Rep for Ireland but I’ve recently been promoted to National Sales Manager for Ireland. It’s a great achievement and something I’m proud of. The market for Ireland is slightly different to the UK and my job is to expand our customer profile into new areas. No two days are the same and I enjoy widening our brand awareness in the Irish market. I could be talking to a wholesaler about stocking our products or recruiting new installers to join the official Rointe team alongside researching advertising opportunities and going on-site for a visit. We recently travelled to Shannon to take part in the Molex fair, which was a fantastic opportunity for us.
I’m looking forward to working alongside my senior colleagues to define the Irish market and grab the opportunities to promote our products. I’m passionate about the Rointe heating system and firmly believe that we can help save our customers energy whilst protecting their pockets. I’m a professional and understanding person and will go out of my way to help a colleague or customer when they need it. I’m confident that I will be a strong leader and want the best for my team. My door is always open and my phone is on when I’m out and about, so my team can reach me and get the support they need. No question is too small or silly, except if its “do you want a brew?” because the answer is always coffee!
Be prepared! The market is always changing and we, as a company, need to stay ahead of the competition. If you work hard and are prepared to think differently with a new way of working then you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Every single member of the company is there to help and will encourage you to expand your knowledge of Rointe heating. After all we’re the heating experts so any new team member needs to be prepared to become one too.

A good question, there’s so many to choose from! I think it would be Pippa in Technical Support. That way I’d have all the knowledge I need to help our customers navigate their way through a technical difficulty. Plus she gets to talk to lots of different people every day and it must be a nice feeling to know you’ve helped a customer.
I’m a keen runner and like to get those miles in. I run about 40 miles every week. I also adore my children, it’s always so much fun when we spend time together. I’d also like to tour around Europe in a camper van with them – what a great way to travel and see the sights!
Fun, dedicated and hard working.
I’m responsible for Technical Support and after-sales customer service. I joined Rointe 2 and a half years ago but before then, I was a student. My day is spent communicating with our customers and answering their questions via email or phone. I also arrange engineers to attend to repair any faults if needed and help customers with general questions, such as programming. Quite a few of my calls are about the best programming schedules for our products and I like to ensure our customers are getting the best energy efficiency. We pride ourselves on low consumption and energy efficiency so making sure I can answer any question is important to me.
My role means I get to talk to lots of different people, which is very enjoyable. I’m a caring person by nature and like to help wherever possible. The best part of my day is knowing I’ve helped a customer. At times it can be challenging trying to keep everybody happy, but I’ve learnt that a calm approach to any situation is the best way to turn it into a positive.
I’d have to choose one of my colleagues in the Marketing Department. It would be really cool to design the packaging for our products or write the next article on our website. I imagine that their job is really varied too and it’s always exciting to see what they are going to come up with next!
My proudest moment at Rointe was the very first thank you email I received from one of our customers. I hadn’t been with the company for long but when I received an email specifically thanking me for my help, it was a lovely feeling. Knowing my advice and support was of value to the customer was a great start to my journey with the company.
Not many people know that I’m studying for a criminology and psychology degree. I love solving puzzles! And my favourite film is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Definitely the Queen. She would be such an interesting person to have a conversation with. And Emma Watson, that way I can pick her brains about the Harry Potter films!

I’ve been working for Rointe for 5 years now as the Key Account Manager for the North West, North East and Ireland. I have recently been promoted to Office Manager, supporting the leadership members in looking after our sales team. Previously I was the Manager of a betting shop and I have a BSc in Natural Sciences. My focus is on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business leads and projects. A big part of my role is also building relationships with customers, installers and wholesalers. Originally I’m from Poole in Dorset but now live in the Murcia region of Spain. A typical day for me consists of catching up with my key accounts, closing current projects and looking for new projects/places to install our products. Business development is an important area for us to work on and I love researching the latest projects, property developments and sectors to find new business leads.
I love talking to our customers and it’s a really varied role, in that I get to talk to lots of different people every day. The customers are the heart and soul of Rointe so building relationships with them is a real highlight. The most challenging thing is understanding EPC certificates and explaining them to the public. As we’re an electric heating company, we need to know about EPC certificates and be able to educate our customers about them. This is difficult as they’re quite technical and well, rather boring really!
Definitely David. He’s the Production, Logistics and Expedition Director and I’d love to spend the day working on the production line. It’s very polished and modern so it’d be great to have a go!
Innovative, leaders, modern.
Be prepared for anything and enjoy! We’re a great team and it’s a lovely company to work for but you have to work hard and accept anything could happen. That lead you’ve been working on for two weeks could suddenly change their mind, which is disappointing for you but you need to stay positive and get right back up again. Things are always changing so if you’re prepared for anything and keep positive, you’ll enjoy it.
Most people don’t know I’m a qualified Yachtmaster and have taken part in the Fastnet race.

Almost 3 years and before that, I was playing professional rugby. I’m the Key Account Manager for Wales, South West and London (and overall office legend!). I’m always on the phone with my installers and contacts, generating new business leads and ensuring they have everything they need. I like explaining about our products to potential new customers. They’re always pleased to hear how much advice and guidance we can give them and I pride myself on being able to answer their questions.
A typical day is normally full of laughs and talking to lots of different people. Even though I get some grief for my accent (I’m a proud Welshman!), the people I work with and talk to every day are fantastic. We all work towards the same goal – striving to be the best in the market, so it’s great to work with like-minded people. The team at Rointe are incredibly professional and good at their jobs. I love going to trade shows and meetings to talk to customers face to face. For me, being a face of the company is pleasing. Our management team is great, they know how to get the best out of us and recognise each team member contributes in different ways.
I’d love to trade jobs for a day with our Systems and Development Director, Juan Pujante. Computers really interest me so as Juan heads up the Technology department, seeing how he adapts and develops our technology would be intriguing.
Take your time to learn the product as being technically sound makes your job so much easier. It also instils confidence in those you’re talking to. We are experts in the field of electric heating so continually learning as much as you can is very important. The team at Rointe is very driven so you must have a great attitude and enthusiasm.

Fresh, efficient and innovative.
I joined Rointe in September 2017. My background is HVAC Sales, where I worked for a small company for 8 years. The role was more or less the same structure as my Rointe Key Account Manager role but on a smaller scale. I currently look after East Anglia and the Midlands for the Rointe Sales Department. A typical day means making sure my reps are set up for the day, calling accounts and chasing projects, prospecting for new business and communicating with my installers.
I love it when I have completed a project and hear the positive feedback from the customers. It’s great when they’re happy with their installation and means I’ve done the best I possibly can. I also like communicating with lots of different people, whether it’s my installers or reps or customers themselves. No two days are the same here and it’s fun, varied and very rewarding. I love meeting sales targets and challenge myself on a daily basis to find more ways to beat them. The biggest challenge is the drive to work – getting from A to B on a Spanish motorway is an achievement in itself!
Rointe is such a friendly company and we all get along very well so it’s hard to choose. I love my own position but I think it would be interesting to be a Sales Rep for the day. I like to travel and meet new people, so a day on the road as a rep would be exciting.
That’s a great question! A true leader knows their values and what they stand for. They motivate a team and care for them. Communication is key and a true leader knows how and when to communicate properly. They understand the way that their team works and inspires them to do their best every day, using their own knowledge and expertise.
My favourite song is She Sells Sanctuary by The Cult and… I can do an impression of Frank the turtle from creature comforts!
Teletransporting – I’d love to snap my fingers and be in a different part of the world instantly. It’d be very useful to pop in and say hello to my family, especially my daughter as she’s studying in the UK at the moment.
Fun, hardworking and genuine!
I am the Key Account Manager for the South East, Scotland and Northern Ireland at Rointe. I’ve been with the company for just over 3 and a half years now, having joined from my previous role as Sales Manager at a developers.
My day is always busy, but I love it! I can be on the phone with a potential customer one moment and the next discussing the needs of the installers in my area. I like networking with so many different people and building good relationships with them. Knowing I have happy customers is the best part of my job, it gives me great satisfaction to know I’ve helped them make the right choice for their needs. I feel very proud when I secure and complete a project that I have been working on from the very beginning.
I’m quite a creative person so I’d have to choose the Marketing Department. Seeing them come up with our marketing material is really interesting and I like the freedom to use creativity that a marketing role brings. I wouldn’t change my job, but it’d be nice to be a fly on the wall in the Marketing team for 1 day!
A leader encourages people to work hard and not give up. They should praise their team’s strong skills but help them overcome any areas of development. Helping your team grow is a huge part of leadership. I’d also say that to be a true leader you have to demonstrate innovation, reliability and a positive attitude.
Rointe is such a great company to work for, but it’s also very fast paced and sometimes challenging, especially as a sales member when you’ve objectives and targets to meet. My advice would be to work hard and don’t give up. Our products can be quite technical, but its part of why they are such good quality and reliable. Don’t be afraid to ask more experienced team members questions, we’re here to help you grow and learn. We all want the same – success for Rointe – and we’ll go out of our way to achieve that common goal.

Well, I’m optimistic, hardworking and truthful. I love spending time with my family and am definitely a tea person, not coffee! I like ice figure skating, it’s so graceful and agile and my favourite song is Billie Jean by Michael Jackson.
I’d love to go see the ice figure skating world championships and do a cruise in Canada to see whales. Plus I’d like to visit South Africa and go cage diving with the great white sharks and about 967 other things! My motto is to explore the world and live for the moment.
I joined Rointe 3 years ago as the Area Sales Representative for the North East, North West and North Wales before progressing to National Sales Manager for the UK in 2018 . Before that, I worked as a Branch Manager for an electrical wholesaler so everything electric is ingrained in my blood. I really enjoy my job as I like speaking with potential clients about Rointe and how our heating solutions can meet their needs. Each client is very different and its challenging (but rewarding) to take a different approach to each one. For me, being part of Rointe means endless opportunities to influence and enrich our customers’ lives, even though I do find EPC and SAP ratings frustrating!
I’ve recently joined the leadership team as National Sales Manager for the UK and so far so good! Having 3 years Rointe experience behind me means I can dive straight in supporting my team. I can use my experiences to help guide and direct them, whilst keeping a close eye out. Some of my team are still quite new so it’s great to be able to share my knowledge and I try to be as supportive as I can. I am a passionate and enthusiastic person that doesn’t shy away from hard work and I want to pass this onto my new team.
After 3 years I can safely say, Rointe is a great company to work for. However, you need to be prepared to work hard and committed to your own success. If you have an enthusiastic attitude and are passionate about building success, not just for yourself but the team and company too, then you’ll be rewarded. It’s not just about waiting for opportunities to come around, you need to actively search for them as well to show your eagerness. Don’t be afraid of new things and talk to everyone in the company. They are all extremely knowledgeable and want to help where they can. They’re also quite a friendly bunch too!

If you could switch jobs with another colleague for a day, who would you choose?
Definitely Santiago Villaescusa, he’s the Rointe fountain of knowledge! I’d spend the day writing down everything he knows to help me navigate the ongoing market. His expertise in Rointe products means everyone goes to him for help and he’s happy to oblige.
Either spending time with my family or riding my motorbike. I love motorcycles and I definitely want to travel Europe on my bike in the future. I’m not sure how my wife will feel about that but I can always dream. My family are very important to me and have been supportive in the transition to my new role within Rointe and I want to work hard to ensure their future is secure.
Hardworking, enthusiastic and passionate.
I joined Rointe 7 years ago as the Key Account Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Before that, I worked in various roles across Sales, Customer Service and Marketing for companies such as Vodafone and Zeromovil. I was born in Gran Canaria, went to the University of Murcia and have worked in some fantastic locations across the world like Madrid, London and New York. I love working for Rointe and after 7 great years, I’m now working in our new Projects department. It’s a brand new team for our business, working towards increasing our contractor and project contacts/leads to deliver large-scale installations across housing, education, healthcare and hotels. I think my team would describe me as dedicated, straightforward and happy, with a little crazy thrown in. But in a good way! I like to make sure my team receive the support they need and also have some fun at work. This means they enjoy coming to work for Rointe and that’s incredibly important to me.
Working for a newly formed team means hard work but a very rewarding job. For example, I never have 2 days that are the same. Every day is different. I could be talking to some of our customers one minute and the next, refining the strategy for new business leads. My phone rings non stop and although talking to people is the best part of my job, it can be frustrating when I need to concentrate. We have a great team here at Rointe and it grows each year. Each of them works on different areas, markets and zones, plus they physically work in different countries as well as Rointe HQ (Spain), so keeping track of them can be quite hectic! Recently we held our quarterly Commercial meeting and they all came together for a few days to catch up, share results and ideas and network with each other to continue building the team bond. I love to go horse riding and use yoga to relax. I also love music… not many people know I’m a huge fan of house and trance music and love to go to the festivals!

I studied at the University of Murcia and before I become CEO of Rointe, I was the Marketing & Business Director there. I spend lots of time talking to the staff at Rointe and like to hear their insights into the business. A typical day consists of a lot of walking between the departments! I like to think I’m approachable and am very focused on innovation. Learning about the latest technologies is a passion of mine.
One of my most recent achievements was the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award I was elected for in 2014. The award has been an annual event in the region of Murcia since 1999 and is very well known here. I was surprised that I won but it was a great feeling and achievement for me.
We are a professional company that specialises in energy efficient electric heating. My father started the company in 1985. He was a plumber and he recognised the need for an electric heating system, without pipes or maintenance. When her retired, I took over the business in 2012. I had a vision for expansion and continuous investment in Research and Development. We have grown so much in the last few years. We expanded our product portfolio last year to include underfloor heating, alongside our complete system of electric radiators, towel rails and water heaters. Our company mission is to replace old-fashioned gas heating products with modern and technologically advanced solutions that our customers can rely on. To think when we started over 30 years ago we only had one type of electric radiator for sale and now we have a huge product offering that caters to everyone.
For me, it has to be our D Series range. We launched the D Series 2 years ago as our premium electric heating range. It was incredibly exciting for me as a business owner as we included built-in Wi-Fi, which was a first in the electric heating market! Rointe is all about pushing boundaries and exploring the latest in technology and electronics. To be able to include a built-in Wi-Fi module alongside our lowest consumption technology was a great achievement and something I’m proud of.
The next 5 years are very important for us as a business. We want to build on our success and be the number 1 European electric heating company. Technology is always evolving. The world is becoming more aware of energy usage and how it affects the environment (and their wallets!). Therefore, we must continually evaluate and improve to ensure our customers get the lowest consumption possible from their Rointe products. These are exciting times for us and we want to make sure we offer a wide range of diverse electric heating products that everyone can experience and own.
One of our focuses is to ensure we give our customers the expert advice and support that they might need, to make the right heating choice for their needs. So it’s important that any prospective employee takes the time to learn about our products and technologies. We are also committed to great customer service, so a professional and dedicated attitude is a must. Our team are all highly talented, hardworking and form an intricate part of this company, so new workers must want to embrace the Rointe life and become a part of the brand.
Family is very important to me and it’s important for me to spend time with them outside of work. I also have 2 amazing children and a supportive wife, so quality time with them is always fun and has a special place in my heart.
