Step-by-step guide to registering your product

Thank you for purchasing from Rointe. We hope you are thrilled with your new heating appliance. Now it’s time to register your product in order to validate your guarantee. Here we explain the process with our step-by-step guide.

What you will need:

  • Your product reference number
  • Your product serial number (small silver metal tag on the back of the product)
  • Your invoice or purchase order confirmation

Help me register my product:

1. Create account
 
First, you will need to create an account with us. Go to https://rointe.co.uk/technical-area/technical-support/product-registration/.
 
Alternatively, you can navigate via the homepage using the ‘Support’ > ‘Register your product’ menu.
 
Please note – you must have a Rointe account in order to register your product online with us. It is important we have your contact and registered product details on record in case of product recalls or we need to get in touch about your specific product.
2. Enter your details
 
Next, you will need to fill in your customer details and account details. We will need your name, address, telephone number plus a username, email and password.
 
Quick tip – the stronger the password the more secure your account will be. When choosing a password go for a combination of letters, numbers and special characters and have at least 12 characters in total length.
3. Activate account
 
Now you have entered your account details, you will need to activate account.
 
On the website, simply click the ‘Click here to activate your account’ link. This will then redirect you to your Client Area.
 
Please note – after this stage is completed, we will send you three emails:

  • Activate account email – If you have already completed step 3 above, then you can ignore this email and delete it.
  • Details email – This contains your chosen username and password. Please keep this safe and secure.
  • Register your products email – We will also send you an email containing a message to say your account has been successfully activated and a link to register your products if you have not already done so.

4. Client Area
 
You will now be in your private Client Area.
 
Here you can edit your user details, send our Support Team a message, enter our competition and register your products. To register your products, please click on ‘+ register more products’ in the green box in the top left of your area.
5. Register individual products
 
Then you will be in the ‘Register your products’ section of your Client Area.
Here you can see previously registered products and enter details of any new ones.
In the box on the right, you can enter your new Rointe products for registering. Simply fill in the details. Your name and email address will already be populated – please check these are correct.
6. Verify product details
 
Next, type in your Product Reference and Serial Number. A green ‘CHECK’ box will then appear. Please click this to verify your Product Reference and Serial Number.

 
If the product is OK, a green ‘Correct Product!’ box will appear.
 
If you wish to add more product details, simply click ‘ADD MORE’ and repeat the process.
 
Please note – if you encounter difficulties with verifying your Product Reference or Serial Number, please give us a call on 0203 321 5929.
7. Upload invoice
 
Once all the products you wish to register have been added, you can then scroll down and upload your invoice or purchase order confirmation.
 
Then click the box that says ‘I’m not a robot’ and click ‘SEND’.
 
Please note – your invoice/purchase confirmation must contain the date of purchase and the seller’s stamp/trademark. We can only accept a PDF, JPG or PNG file format.
8. Product registration completed
 
Congratulations! Your product is now registered and appears underneath ‘Your registered products’. Your newly registered product will also appear in your Client Area.
9. Leave a review
 
You will then receive an email from Feefo asking for a review on your product and the service you have received from Rointe. This email can take up to 3 days to come through.
 
We value your comments and feedback so if you could spare a few minutes to leave a review that would be fantastic.
10. Competition
 
Now you can enter our competition.
 
Click on the ‘Client Area’ in top right of screen, then scroll down to see the blue ‘Win a 100 Amazon gift card’ and click the green ‘ENTER TO WIN’ button. Alternatively, go to https://rointe.co.uk/technical-area/client-area/competition/.
11. Enter details
 
Here we explain how to enter the competition.

Scroll down the page, until you see the entry box.
 
As you have already registered your products and will have left a review, you just need to click on the green ‘Continue’ button.
 
Enter your full name and email address and click save. That’s one entry completed!
12. Extra entries
 
Now you can gain extra entries by completing the following actions:

  • Copy and share your review with other review sites like Trust Pilot. There are up to nine extra entries for each of these.
  • Visit and like Rointe UK on Facebook for another four entries.
  • Follow @RointeUK on Twitter for four more entries.
  • Subscribe to our YouTube channel for another four entries.
  • Finally, read our latest articles for another four entries.
13. You’re finished!
