NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Based in Midlands
Supervise the UK sales team and set the strategy with the Senior Commercial Manager based in the office.
The main role is to increase project sales and capture new clients, for example, Housing Associations, Universities, etc.
We are looking for someone who has a specification and technical/engineering background to perform technical presentations, train electrical installers and commercial meetings to close projects within National area.
The candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in this area and be used to working under pressure to achieve the monthly target, and have sales experience background to negotiate with the clients, installers and projects.
This person must be used to B2B calls, following guidelines given by the Senior Commercial Manager in the Head Office, who will supervise their agenda, duties and responsibilities.
We are looking for a proactive, intelligent and common sense person who is self-motivated, who can work independently and as a member of a team.
Sales Management experience essential. Heating/technical experience preferred.
This person must be able to travel every week to be in each part of the country with each Regional Commercial Director and be able to overnight stays in all parts of UK.
This person must be able to travel to our Head Office which is in Spain to have meetings in our HQ
